Fees and billing
Diagnostic CT scans and x-rays are bulk-billed for all patients (ie there is no out of pocket cost for these studies).
For studies where we do charge a “gap”, there is a discounted cost for those with a concession card.
MAIB, Work Cover and Private Insurance
We will gladly provide services once the pre-certification authority has been provided by these third-party insurers.
Payment
Rad X has a private billing policy. Fees vary between different types of scans and procedures and we would be happy to confirm the cost of your scan or procedure with you by phone or in person before your appointment
Location and parking
Free parking for patients is available at the front of the building and in Clare Street. Level access is available to the front door from the car park.
